Noise issues are difficult to troubleshoot remotely and they could easily misguide even when we are close to the device. Please do confirm if the noise is a grinding noise or squeaky/humming noise. If this happens only while calibrating, I would suggest you re-check & validate your toner cartridges.

I think I know the noise everybody is speaking about. It's not the normal grinding of the fuser but a VERY VERY LOUD whining noise. I've seen it a few times. This is being caused by the Drum Motor. Go into the diagnosics and choose Component Test, then try each motor. More than likely, you'll hear it when the Drum Motor is selected.
