End mill holders with no weldon flat on endmill. In the past, I would go up to a green wheel, grind an approximately 1/8" wide flat on the shank side and tighten the set screw against that. That worked fine for the 7500rpm machine. Now that my slow machine is 10,000 rpm and the speedio is 16,000, I am wondering if this is a problem balance-wise?
