SOLD. For your consideration is a Delta/Rockwell Carbide Grinder, a.k.a. tool grinder. This is 1/2 hp, 3 phase 208-220/440V model. Model number 23-501, the serial number puts it as a 1963 vintage machine. Comes as seen, with two diamond stones in decent, if not good, condition. You will no doubt notice that the trays below the tables are missing.

Delta Y1650E Carbide tool grinder, The one table bracket is cracked and the left-hand thread shaft nut is cracked. Does anybody know where I might find parts for for this grinder? The carbide grinder will get either SC or diamond wheels, still available, for the small amount of carbide grinding I do. For some profiles the edge of the wheel is much better anyways. There is one wheel commonly available for the Delta/Rockwell style grinders:

Penn Tool Co. screwed up, they sent a diamond wheel. The salesman is no help, he claims not to know the difference btw. diamond and cbn. So I am still looking for a CBN 6" wheel with a 4 bolt mount to fit a Delta Milwaukee (or Baldor) carbide tool grinder.
