Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN) Plc had an earnings call to discuss the ongoing acquisition of Honeywell Flour Mills Plc (HFMP) from Honeywell Group Limited (HGL) and it was revealed that FMN will borrow money to fund the acquisition.
